The Role
You’ll be the key point of contact for both renters and rental providers, delivering a high level of service while confidently managing your portfolio.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with renters and rental providers through regular communication
- Manage rental arrears proactively
- Conduct routine and final inspections with detailed reporting
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance efficiently
- Prepare and lodge tribunal applications when required
- Ensure compliance and smooth day-to-day portfolio management
What We’re Looking For:
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)
- Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service
