Monadelphous is seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanical Supervisor to join our Gladstone Operations team in a permanent full-time capacity.
Based locally in Gladstone, you'll play a pivotal leadership role overseeing maintenance, shutdown and project-related works across a major industrial processing facility.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Lead, coordinate and supervise mechanical and multidisciplinary work crews.

Plan and schedule work activities to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.

Allocate resources, equipment and personnel to meet operational requirements.
-
Mentor, coach and develop team members while promoting a positive safety culture.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and engagement.
-
Identify and resolve technical, operational and resource challenges.
-
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate documentation, reports and project records.
What you will bring
-
Minimum 3 years' experience in a trade-based supervisory role within shutdown, maintenance or project environments.

Experience working in alumina, minerals processing, chemical, power generation or similar heavy industrial sectors.

Mechanical Fitter trade qualification highly regarded.

Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

Strong planning, scheduling and resource coordination skills.

Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Sound knowledge of workplace health, safety and environmental requirements.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
