Job Description:
- BA experience (requirement elicitation, gap analysis, requirement prioritization) - minimum 8
years
- Experience with Agile ways of
working
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful
reports.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and
management.
- Familiar with JIRA and Confluence
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Proven presentation and communication skills
- Can translate ambiguous business ideas into clear technical requirements
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable
solutions
- Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving to think outside of the box, make
improvements and suggest change.
Process Modelling experience preferably in Signavio
- Understanding in Billing and collection operation processes (highly desirable).
