Role + Responsibilities
- Work with Venue Manager on menu design
- Store food products in compliance with safety practices
- Supervise food prep and cooking, in line with HACCP
- Check food plating and monitor portion sizes
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area
- Deliver dishes with a high level of quality and consistency
- Ensure compliance with food standards
