Are you a skilled cook with strong leadership abilities? We're looking for a Chef Manager to lead our hospitality operations at our café at Rockingham Tafe. If you’re passionate about food, team leadership, and efficient kitchen management – we’d love to hear from you!
About the Role
As the Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our kitchen and catering operations. This includes:
- Food preparation and cooking
- Managing rosters and staff
- Placing and managing orders
- Coordinating catering services
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Leading a small, dedicated team to deliver high-quality service
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
- Proven leadership and management skills
- A methodical, organised approach to work
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with relevant certifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $36.00 – $39.00 per hour
