An experienced heat pump service agent is required in the Greater Hobart area for servicing of residential heat pumps for HEG (Home Efficiency Group) customers due to increased demand in our Servicing Department.
Work is variable and seasonal to a degree, but we are seeing a strong increase in demand due to our high quality of our workmanship & professionalism. We service all types of heat pumps, including wall-based, floor consoles, ceiling cassettes and ducted - all brands.
We are flexible with the engagement, either:
- Casual employment initially with a view to part time set days
- Company vehicle for work days can be supplied vs own vehicle and reimbursement
- Employment (HEG) vs contracting (ABN)
Prior experience is required, and climbing in subfloor and ceiling cavity spaces is a routine part of the position description. Full vehicle license is required, and a lot of travel around Greater Hobart is needed, plus interim day trips to more regional locations (Huonville, Triabunna etc) required from time to time. Additional training will be provided for servicing of HEG Air Circulation Systems & their filters. Experience with ceiling or underfloor insulation a bonus.
Bonuses are paid based on customer feedback/reviews and referrals, and some additional marketing activities are part of the standard HEG process.
We pay above award wages to attract quality technicians. If you have an eye for detail, experience with air conditioning servicing and are able to confidently engage with customers, then we'd love to hear from you. Remuneration package is based on experience and aptitude.
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
