With this in mind, we are looking for an exceptional and experienced Head Chef to lead our Faro kitchen team in Berriedale.
At Faro, the focus is on diverse, multicultural, and ever-evolving menus. A wide knowledge base and sharp adaptability are integral, as you will be leading the team in designing and delivering a broad range of food experiences. The gig:

Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and implement individual, exceptional culinary experiences;

Drive quality control, maintaining consistently high standards of product, presentation, and asset management;

Facilitate smooth, well-managed services to deliver a memorable dining experience;

Manage, guide, and mentor kitchen staff across both service and non-service periods;

Oversee financials, including ordering, stock management, minimising food costs, and wastage;

Own the operational side, from staff rostering and timesheets to strict WHS and hygiene standards;

Nurture valuable relationships with our local suppliers.

Note: Weekends and public holidays are part of the deal.
