About the Role
Ladd + Associates are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Consultant with strong knowledge of TechnologyOne solutions across Property & Rating (P&R), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Human Resource & Payroll (HRP), and Finance.
In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver practical, value-driven solutions using TechnologyOne platforms. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting organisations through system implementations, optimisation initiatives, process transformation, and change management activities.
The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills with hands-on experience in enterprise systems and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Consulting
- Engage with customers to understand current business processes, challenges, and strategic objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
- Analyse and document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Provide recommendations for process improvement and system optimisation using TechnologyOne solutions.
- Support the delivery of TechnologyOne projects across:
- Property & Rating (P&R)
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Human Resources & Payroll (HRP)
- Finance
Solution Delivery
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and project managers to deliver successful outcomes.
- Assist with solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and best-practice processes.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Communicate effectively with operational users, managers, and executive stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and advisory services to clients throughout project lifecycles.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience as a Business Consultant, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
- Strong understanding of business processes in one or more of the following areas:
- P&R
- EAM
- HRP
- Finance
- Experience working with TechnologyOne solutions or similar enterprise ERP platforms.
- Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience within local government, utilities, education, or public sector organisations.
- Exposure to TechnologyOne implementations or support projects.
- Knowledge of business transformation and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with testing, training, and change management activities.
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

Remuneration
$80,000 - $90,000 determined by experience.
