About the Role
At Crown Perth, we’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Front of House Audio Visual Technical Operator to support the seamless delivery of AV across our complex. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering high-quality guest experiences through technology.
You will support the AV Operations Supervisor to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of AV systems and hardware across the entire complex.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end AV support across gaming, outlets, events, and conventions, ensuring delivery meets customer requirements and agreed timelines
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AV systems and hardware, including liaising with vendors to resolve faults
Support event delivery including setup, operation, and pack down across weekly activations and special events
Assist with AV projects, hardware rollouts, and continuous improvements to ensure systems meet operational needs
Deliver onsite technical expertise across audio, lighting, content management, and camera systems, including support within Theatre for show operations
Perform general maintenance and ensure AV equipment remains in optimal working condition across the complex
Additional information

Previous experience in AV operations
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
This role requires:
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Technical audio capability, with theatre experience highly regarded
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
