Salary - $73,000 to $75,000

As a Lead Educator, you’ll guide and mentor your team to create a calm, nurturing space where our young learners feel safe, supported, and curious. Working closely with the Leadership Team, you’ll help shape meaningful routines and experiences that foster each child's development—while documenting their learning and milestones with love and care, all within a compliant and responsive environment.

What you’ll need:
- Lead: Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy
- Proven experience as a Room Leader in a long-hour early learning setting
- Current Working with Children Check
- Mandatory National Child Safety Training
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Experience with Storypark is a bonus
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
