Support Worker (Female) – Casual Position | Bossley Park

We are currently seeking a Female Support Worker to provide in-home support for a client in Bossley Park. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is caring, reliable, and passionate about making a positive difference in someone's daily life.
Position Details:
- Casual employment
- Weekdays: 1-hour shifts (initially)
- Weekends: 2-hour shifts (morning and evening)
- Opportunity for additional hours as the client's support needs increase
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Assist with domestic tasks, including cleaning and general household duties
- Occasionally assist with changing a urinary drainage bag (training and support can be provided)
- Promote the client's independence, wellbeing, and quality of life
- Build a positive, respectful, and professional relationship with the client
- Deliver care in a culturally sensitive and person-centred manner
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Experienced in disability support, aged care, nursing, or a related field (preferred)
- Compassionate, dependable, and respectful
- Able to work independently while following care plans
- Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport (preferred)
