We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Casual Retail Team Members / Baristas to join our Southern Cross team.

About the Role
As a Casual Retail Team Member, you'll be responsible for:
Preparing quality coffee and beverages
Providing exceptional customer service
Serving and packaging donuts and other products
Operating the POS and handling customer transactions
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented store
Following food safety and hygiene standards
Working collaboratively with your team during busy periods
What We're Looking For
Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is highly regarded
Barista or coffee-making experience is an advantage but not essential
Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Enjoys working as part of a team
Availability – Essential Requirement
To be considered for this role, you'll need to be available to work opening shifts from 5:45 AM and/or closing shifts finishing as late as 12:30 AM, Monday to Sunday, as required.
This position has been created to support our current roster, so flexibility is important. The more flexible your availability, the better, as it helps us provide consistent coverage across our trading hours.
Students are welcome to apply, provided they can meet the required shift availability and balance the role with their study commitments.
