About the Role
We're looking for a licensed Maintenance Electrician to keep our highly automated FMCG production lines running safely and efficiently. You'll perform planned preventive and reactive maintenance alongside a skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.
Duties

Execute planned preventive and corrective electrical maintenance across all plant equipment

Troubleshoot PLCs, Allen Bradley systems, and automated control systems

Conduct fault finding, root cause analysis, and attend to production breakdowns

Reduce reactive maintenance and proactively improve plant uptime

Collaborate with mechanical fitters on scheduled preventive maintenance works
Skills & Experience

Current A-Grade electrical licence (or equivalent) — essential

Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and industrial automation systems

FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing maintenance background highly regarded

Strong fault-finding, root cause analysis, and breakdown response skills

Commitment to safety, HACCP compliance, and rotating shift flexibility — Australian citizen or PR
