Ready to take your craft to new heights? We’re looking for a skilled, trade-qualified Spray Painter to join our team at our Bankstown facility. Working across rotating shifts (day and afternoon) you’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality aircraft components in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
This is a highly regulated industry where quality, precision and safety are critical, so strong attention to detail is a must. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy a hands-on role with plenty of variety and challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
Snapshot of the role:

Prepare and paint aircraft parts following quality, safety, and process specifications using hand and pneumatic tools

Operate and monitor spray booths, ovens, and mixing processes in a production environment

Regularly interpret technical drawings and complete traceability documentation in line with quality requirements.

Maintain good housekeeping, follow EHS standards and support continuous improvement initiatives
