Yoru Izakaya is looking for a motivated and reliable Kitchen Cook to join our fast-paced team at Nobby Beach.
About the Role
- Mainly working on the fry section
- Basic food preparation
- General kitchen hand duties
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient workstation
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous kitchen experience is essential
- Experience with Japanese or Korean cuisine is preferred
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and positive attitude
- Good knife skills
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Clean, organised and reliable work habits
- Good English communication skills
- Able to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency
