Your opportunity:
Assist in managing the operation of a school's information and communication technology (ICT) network service to contribute to the enhancement of student learning opportunities. (iPad Prep-Year 3, BYOD Year 5-6, school laptops Year 4.) This position reports to an administration officer.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical advice and support across ICT systems, devices and infrastructure.
Install, maintain, repair and replace computers, iPads, printers, servers and networking equipment.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide responsive, high-quality customer service.
Undertake preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
Support network, server and security operations, including LAN and WAN environments.
Use remote support tools to assist with servers and workstations.
Maintain accurate technical records and ICT infrastructure information.
Provide ICT training, guidance and assistance to staff and students.
Liaise with Regional and Central Support teams and other stakeholders.
Research and implement creative solutions to technical problems.
