We are seeking an enthusiastic and community-focused Aquatic Services School Coordinator to join our team. This exciting role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with local schools, promoting aquatic education programs, and ensuring students have access to safe, engaging and high-quality aquatic experiences.
About the Role
Cleveland Aquatic Centre is looking to appoint their new Aquatic Services School Coordinator. You will be the key link between our aquatic facility and local schools, helping to grow participation in school swimming and water safety programs. You'll work closely with educators, community stakeholders, and internal teams to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools and community groups

Promote and grow school aquatic and water safety programs

Identify and evaluate new program opportunities

Deliver outstanding customer service to schools, students, and community stakeholders

Work collaboratively with centre staff to ensure successful program delivery
Support a positive, safe and inclusive environment for all participants

Essential Qualifications

Current First Aid Certificate
