Joyride Coffee Co is looking for a skilled Barista / All rounder to form part of our core team at our new location opening up in Camberwell! This role is flexible but can range between 10 - 25 hrs each week, Monday to Friday. Initial interviews will be held at our Ringwood Location.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills & attributes.
1. Excellent Hospitality - We only hire people who are genuinely kind, caring and find joy and purpose in serving others.
2. Skilled Barista with experience in specialty coffee and other hot and iced specialty drinks. You must be able to operate at a high level and at speed!
3. Comfortable with simple food prep and baking!
4. Our team is like our family! We are looking for someone with personality and a good culture fit.
Bonus Points if you have the following skills!
- Content creation
- Sick DJ skills
- Can make us laugh during the interview.

About the role:
We are looking for a true all rounder. Someone who can open and close the cafe, take customer orders, Jump on the coffee machine and also do some food prep when required. Of course, adequate training and mentoring will be provided, but if you are someone who can be thrown into the deep end and thrive, that would be ideal!
We are open Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm.
No public holidays, no weekends. (sometimes the owner does events.. Sometimes he needs help..)
