We’re seeking a Key Account Manager – Team Lead to take ownership of a high-value Food & Beverage ingredients portfolio. Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing key strategic customer accounts
- Driving revenue growth, retention and margin improvement across your portfolio
- Identifying and delivering new business opportunities within existing and new customers
- Leading, coaching and supporting a small team of account managers
- Building strong relationships across customer functions (Procurement, Technical, Operations)
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Providing market insights to inform business and growth strategy
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in Key Account Management or technical sales, within Food and beverage ingredients for 10+ years
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing accounts and driving results
- Experience working with and established relationships with Food & Beverage customers
- Leadership capability — experience leading or mentoring others (or ready to step into this)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build long-term relationships
- A proactive mindset with a passion for growing a portfolio and developing new opportunities
