Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Degree qualification in Health Information Management (or equivalent) with professional membership eligibility.
Extensive clinical coding, auditing and quality improvement experience.
Strong knowledge of activity-based funding and data quality principles.
Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
You'll stand out if you have recognised professional accreditation and experience leading large or multi-site coding teams.
Most importantly, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage to everything you do.
