AAMG is seeking an experienced Mining Storeperson to join our team based at Coppabella Mine. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking for a great roster and a supportive team environment.
- Even-time 7/7 roster | 12-hour shifts

About the Role You will play a key role in supporting site operations by ensuring accurate and efficient control of all inventory, parts, and consumables.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving, dispatching, and managing site inventory
- Maintaining accurate stock records and system data integrity
- Loading/unloading inbound and outbound freight
- Issuing and returning stock in the inventory management system
- Conducting regular stocktakes and adjustments
- Ensuring safe, organised, and compliant storage of materials
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
- Processing stock transfers, returns, and documentation accurately
About You To be successful, you will bring strong stores experience within a mining or heavy industrial environment.
Essential requirements:
- Proven experience in stores / inventory control (mining preferred)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Valid Forklift Ticket
- Coal Board Medical (current)
- Standard 11 Surface Mining Induction (S11)
- Experience using SAP
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Highly regarded:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock control
- Ability to work autonomously on a remote site
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
