Custom Residential Supervisor
Brisbane West through to Ipswich
$130k – $145k + Super + Vehicle
- Manage quality custom residential builds from start to finish
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
- 4+ years’ residential construction supervision experience
Volume / Medium Density Supervisor
Morayfield
$130k – $145k + Super + Vehicle
- Manage multiple residential builds concurrently
- Experience overseeing volume projects (up to 25 builds) preferred
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
- 4+ years’ residential construction supervision experience
Luxury Residential Supervisor
Indooroopilly / Brisbane
$130k – $165k + Super
- Deliver high-end, architecturally designed residential projects
- Experience with complex builds including $6m+ projects required
- Strong understanding of detailed architectural documentation
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
- 5+ years’ residential construction experience
Investment / Volume Supervisor
Caboolture / Brisbane Northside
$125k + Super + Annual Bonus Opportunity ($20k)
- Manage residential construction projects across a strong pipeline
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
- 5+ years’ residential construction supervision experience
About You You’ll ideally have:
✔ QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
✔ Proven experience supervising residential construction projects end to end
✔ Strong trade and subcontractor management skills
✔ Ability to manage programmes, quality, safety, and client expectations
✔ A track record of delivering projects successfully
