Venues NSW is a commerically focused agency of the NSW Government, encompassing the Sydney Cricket Ground and Allianz Stadium as well as major sporting and cultural stadiums and precincts in Sydney, Olympic Park, Parramatta, Newcastle and Wollongong. The network of stadiums and entertainment centres host in excess of 5 million people a year at more than 500 events and is a key contributor to the economy.
Venues NSW takes an intergrated approach to our stadia and entertainment centres by developing partnerships with sporting codes, the entertainment and event industry, audiences, local businesses, NSW Government agencies and community groups. ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and highly organised Car Park Manager to join our Commercial team in a permanent role based at the Sydney Cricket Ground and Allianz Stadium precinct.
Reporting to the Commercial Partnerships Manager - Property, this role is responsible for the day-to-day management, administration and revenue optimisation of venue parking operations across public, premium and back-of-house parking assets. The role plays a critical part in delivering safe, efficient and commercially successful parking outcomes for major sporting events, concerts, corporate functions and everyday venue operations. The Commercial Partnerships Manager (Property) will oversee parking revenue management, customer service, access control systems, stakeholder parking allocations and event-day operations. Working closely with event operations, security, facilities, technology, membership, commercial and hospitality teams, the role will ensure parking services support the broader venue experience while maximising revenue opportunities and operational efficiency.
We are seeking candidates who have a strong operational mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences within a fast-paced venue environment.

You are a highly organised and customer-focused professional with strong administrative, financial, and operational coordination skills. You have experience working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. With excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you can build effective working relationships and confidently solve problems, analyse information, and make sound decisions.
