As our business grows, we're building a pool of reliable Casual Sports Party Hosts who can help run our weekend birthday parties when bookings arise.

About the Role
As a Party Host, you'll be responsible for leading children's sports birthday parties from start to finish, ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience in a safe and well-organised environment. Children age group will be between 5 to 16 years old.
This will be an on-demand casual role, with shifts offered based on party bookings. Most parties are expected to be held on weekends, with occasional weekday afternoon and school holiday events. Party duration will be from 2 hours onwards depending upon how many parties are booked in a day.
Hourly rate depends on age and experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome birthday families and guests.
- Lead fun sports games and activities (mainly cricket based sports).
- Keep children engaged, active and entertained throughout the party.
- Coordinate the event, including games, food and cake time.
- Set up and pack down party areas.
- Assist with serving food and refreshments.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to children and parents.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience hosting children's sports parties (cricket or similar), events or group activities.
- Is confident leading groups of children in a fun and engaging way.
- Has a positive, energetic and friendly personality.
- Is reliable, organised and punctual.
- Enjoys working with children and families.
- Is available primarily on weekends.
Essential Requirements
- Current Victorian Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Right to work in Australia.
Highly Regarded
- Experience in children's entertainment, sports-based party hosting.
- First Aid Certificate.
Future Opportunities
As our centre continues to grow, there may also be opportunities for additional casual shifts, including reception and customer service duties.
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
