About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator at John Flynn Retirement Village in Burwood East (VIC). This is a Part Time role working Monday to Friday 0830-1500 . In this role you'll work independently within our village office. If you are organised, enthusiastic and have a passion for people - we'd love to hear from you!
At Ryman, our Resident Services Coordinator wears many hats. Some duties within this role include:
- Lead the effective delivery of the village resident service functions including; triaging enquiries, updating resident information, collaborating with accounts and acting as village reception / administration
- Be responsible for the scheduling of resident services
Collaborate with the broader team in regards to village maintenance, unit modifications, new admissions and open days

About you
To thrive in our fast-paced and varied environment you will:
- Have proven experience in an administration support role in a fast-paced and varied environment
- Be skilled at juggling conflicting priorities
- Be comfortable working independently - as a result of this be prepared to learn new skills
- Enjoy building meaningful relationships with our staff, our residents and their families
- Place a high emphasis on customer service and work hard to deliver exceptional service to our residents
Have outstanding communication, organisation and attention to detail
