We’re Hiring – ICT Sales Representative
Tara Forklift Services is seeking an experienced ICT Sales Representative to join our team in a permanent, full-time position.
About You:
- Experience in ICT sales, business development, or a similar commercial role
- Strong understanding of ICT products, services, and industry solutions
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and compile lists of potential client organisations using industry directories, databases, and other lead sources
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, competitor services, and overall market trends
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by engaging with both existing and prospective clients
- Conduct client visits or outreach to uncover needs and create sales opportunities
- Analyse customer requirements and recommend appropriate ICT products and services
- Promote and present ICT solutions to current and potential customers
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and finalise sales agreements and order documentation
- Coordinate the delivery, installation, and implementation of ICT products and services where required
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance and market opportunities
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address issues, and coordinate any required adjustments
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate records of activities, orders, and business-related expenses
Salary:
$76,515 – $83,000 per annum, based on experience and current market conditions.
