About the Role
We're seeking Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clinicians from the following disciplines:
Counsellors (ACA or PACFA)
Psychologists (Provisional or General – AHPRA)
Social Workers (AASW)
Occupational Therapists (AHPRA)
Mental Health Nurses (AHPRA)
As a Low Intensity CBT (LiCBT) Practitioner, you will:
Deliver culturally safe, evidence-based mental health support.
Provide care through phone, video and digital platforms.
Support consumers experiencing stress, anxiety and distress.
Complete risk assessments, treatment planning and clinical documentation.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary national team.
Contribute to the ongoing development of a culturally responsive service.

About You
You'll bring:
Minimum two years' experience supporting people with mental health concerns.
Experience delivering CBT or other structured therapeutic interventions.
Strong understanding of culturally safe practice.
Excellent communication and digital engagement skills.
A collaborative, person-centred approach aligned with St Vincent's values.
Qualifications

Registered Mental Health Nurses

Equivalent community knowledge and culturally grounded practice will be genuinely considered, with structured supervision and professional development provided.
