Pest Control Technician – Melbourne
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Pest Control Technician to join our growing pest control business in Melbourne.
You’ll be provided with a full schedule of pre-booked residential jobs, allowing you to focus on completing quality pest treatments rather than finding customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Victorian pest control licence/authorisations required for the work
- Previous residential pest-control experience
- Professional, reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- High attention to detail
- Clean and presentable appearance
- Ability to confidently work independently
- Comfortable completing 6–8 jobs per day
- Good time management and ability to stay on schedule
- Own reliable vehicle and standard pest-control equipment preferred
- Current ABN preferred if working as a subcontractor
- Must follow all chemical handling, safety and treatment requirements
What You’ll Be Doing
- Completing scheduled residential pest-control treatments
- Inspecting properties and identifying pest activity
- Applying appropriate treatments safely and professionally
- Explaining treatments and basic prevention advice to customers
- Completing job notes/photos in the CRM
- Keeping customers informed of arrival times and any issues
- Maintaining equipment, vehicle and chemical stock
- Providing a professional customer experience on every job

Pay
Starting from approximately $400–$750 per day, depending on experience, vehicle/equipment and agreed workload.
The standard target is 6–8 residential jobs per day.
