We are currently seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our concession within David Jones Elizabeth St Sydney. In this role, you will provide an outstanding shoe shopping experience while helping showcase and strengthen the Edward Meller brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience
- Build strong relationships and develop customer loyalty
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on any concerns to resolution
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards
- Assist with day-to-day store operations
Skills & Experience
- Previous retail experience (preferred)
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proven sales ability and confidence in achieving targets
- Energetic, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and styling customers
