5 days/week, 28–32 hours depending on season. Includes some weekend shifts.
We’re looking for someone to lead our café. This is a hands-on role - you’ll be on the floor, on the machine, and the go to for the team.
What you’ll need:
- Solid barista skills: consistent shots, properly textured milk, confident latte art
- Experience leading or supervising a team
- Reliability and the ability to hold standards under pressure
- Comfortable owning a shift and making decisions without hand-holding
What the role involves:
- Running service and maintaining quality across the café
- Leading and coordinating staff during your shifts
- Upholding Tinka’s operational and service standards day to day
