We’re taking on two graduates, who’ll each rotate through both maintenance/reliability and projects/improvements work to build broad, practical experience. You’ll:
- Build maintenance foundations through plant exposure, safety systems, inspections and shutdown participation
- Work on shutdown planning, maintenance systems, reliability improvement and equipment performance
- Support project execution, contractor coordination and commissioning
- Get hands-on with predictive maintenance and operational improvement
- Take on leadership exposure supporting shutdown execution on site
