We’re now looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Melbourne Delivery team and play a key role in delivering complex digital, web and e‑commerce projects across B2B and B2C clients.
If you thrive in agency environments, love translating technical complexity into clarity, and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams — this could be your next move.
What you’ll be doing
As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of multiple platform-led and technical projects, bringing structure, momentum and confidence to every stage of delivery.
This role sits at the intersection of clients, technology and delivery teams, working closely with developers, UX/UI designers, business analysts and offshore delivery partners.
You’ll:
-
Lead the delivery of digital, web and e‑commerce projects from initiation through to launch
-
Translate business needs into clear scopes, delivery plans and prioritised backlogs
-
Partner with Technical Leads and Business Analysts to shape executable requirements
-
Run delivery ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, showcases and retrospectives
-
Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies and change control
-
Configure Jira workflows, dashboards and reporting to provide real-time visibility
-
Collaborate closely with offshore development and QA teams across time zones
-
Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
-
Ensure delivery artefacts, documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date
-
Contribute to continuous improvement, including automation and AI-led efficiencies
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to tick every box — we value diverse experience and transferable skills.
Ideally, you’ll have:
-
4+ years’ experience in project management or digital delivery roles
-
Agency, consultancy or fast-paced digital environment experience
-
Strong technical delivery capability across digital platforms and websites
-
Confidence working with cross-functional and offshore teams
-
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (essential)
-
Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches
-
A calm, structured approach to managing complexity and competing priorities
-
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master or AgilePM are welcomed but not mandatory.
