We’re Hiring: Senior Housekeeping Supervisor | Sydney
Infinity Hospitality is looking for an experienced and confident Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to join our growing team.
We’re looking for someone who have:
-Previous Housekeeping Coordinator experience is highly preferred.
-Strong experience in room allocation and assigning rooms to Room Attendants (RAs).
-Hands-on knowledge of hotel housekeeping/operations systems such as FCS, Knowcross, UniFocus and OPERA, or similar systems.
-Able to manage room status, priorities, traces, productivity and daily housekeeping operations confidently.
- Has strong previous experience in hotel housekeeping
- Has proven experience in a Supervisor/Senior Supervisor role
- Is confident in leading and motivating a busy housekeeping team
- Can manage room inspections, productivity, quality standards and daily operations
- Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Can perform confidently in a fast-paced, high-occupancy hotel environment
We are particularly looking for a strong leader who can take ownership, support the team and maintain high hotel standards.
