Employment Status: Fixed term until 31 January 2027
Days & Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, totalling 38 hours per week (part-time applicants considered for 30.4 hours per week)
Competitive Salary: Band 4 - $78,354.61 pro rata + 12% superannuation
Location: Corporate Centre in Sandringham, with the flexibility to work from home

About the Role:
The People & Culture Admin Officer will provide administrative support to the People and Culture department to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of our People services. The role will assist with our two biggest teams; organisational development and our talent and business partnering team. You will assist with managing training bookings, responding to general P&C queries, administering recruitment processes including pre-employment checks and contracts, organising room and meeting bookings and assisting with other administrative tasks across the team as required.
The role will work closely with both teams to provide support, while also supporting the Chief People Officer with coordinating meeting bookings, minutes, scheduling and planning days. The role will see you work across the full breadth of HR.
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrated experience within administrative support or HR experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong system skills including the Microsoft Office suite, Aurion or PageUp (desirable)
Mandatory pre-employment requirements:
- Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check
- Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check
