Order Processing and Freight Assistant
Casual Position – Kunda Park
Gelatin Health is seeking a reliable and practical person to assist with order processing, packing and freight requirements at our Kunda Park warehouse.
This is a casual position working Mondays and Thursdays from 8.30 am. A minimum of three hours will be available each day, with shifts generally ranging from three to six hours, depending on the number of orders received.
Main duties
- Process online orders through Shopify
- Prepare and print freight labels using Australia Post systems
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Prepare wholesale orders for freight or collection
- Organise completed orders for courier and customer collection
- Assist with general order preparation and associated warehouse tasks
- Maintain a tidy and organised packing area
About you
The successful applicant will be:
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently
- Organised and attentive to detail
- Confident using a computer or willing to learn
- Physically capable of safely and regularly lifting cartons weighing up to 20 kg
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Available every Monday and Thursday
- Looking for reliable work two days per week without needing full-time hours
Basic computer skills are required. Experience using Shopify or Australia Post systems would be helpful, but all systems and procedures can be taught.
Applicants must have their own reliable transport to our Kunda Park warehouse.
A current forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential.

- Approximately three to six hours per day, depending on order volumes
- Pay rate: $35 per hour
- Position available for an immediate start
