Golf Operations Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Golf Operations Assistant to join our team at Pinjarra Golf Club. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for golf and outstanding customer service skills to contribute to the daily operations of a busy golf facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the golf shop and golf operations.
- Process bookings, memberships, and retail sales.
- Operate point-of-sale and booking systems efficiently.
- Handle cash, EFTPOS, and daily reconciliations accurately.
- Support golf competitions, events, and general course operations as required.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all patrons.
Essential Requirements
- Previous golf industry experience.
- Experience in cash handling and reconciliation.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Current and valid driver's licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Working knowledge of MiClub golf management software.
- Experience using SwiftPOS point-of-sale systems.
