Cabonne Council has an exciting opportunity for an Out of School Hours Care Support Educator for our Cudal service.
The primary purpose of this position is to support the Lead Educator with the day-to-day operation of the out of school hours care service ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
You will be working as part of a team that is led by a supportive and proactive leadership team. You will be provided with support and training in line with Council's values to learn the role and ensure our workers are resilient, adaptive and are able to perform to Council and community expectations.

Essential
- Class C driver’s licence.
- Working with Children Check clearance.
Desirable
- Qualification in an early childhood related field.
- Education and Care approved First Aid Certification.
- Child protection training.
Skills and Experience
- Interest in working with children.
- Ability to assist with the coordination of an appropriate and stimulating range of activities.
- Ability to assist in the coordination of the day-to-day operation of the Centre.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Remuneration and Benefits
The appointment will be in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2026 and Cabonne Council’s policies and conditions of employment.
This position is graded 3, with an hourly rate of $36.78 to $39.61 including casual loading.
