Located on Brisbane's Northside, just minutes from Westfield Chermside, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Dispense Technician to join our growing team.
Available Position
Full-Time Dispense Technician
Monday to Friday roster - 38 hours
About the Role
As a valued member of our pharmacy team, you will:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to our patients and customers
- Accurately dispense prescriptions and assist with pharmacy operations
- Maintain stock control, inventory management, and ordering processes
- Support the integrity of invoicing and stock management systems
- Work collaboratively with the Pharmacy Manager and team to achieve business goals
- Build positive relationships with customers and deliver personalised healthcare support
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
- Passionate about community pharmacy and patient care
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Reliable, organised, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Confident using pharmacy technology and software systems
Preferred Experience
- Certificate III in Community Pharmacy
- Previous Webster packing experience
- Experience with Fred Plus, MPS, and MedAdvisor (advantageous but not essential)
