The Role
We are seeking two (2) passionate and driven Student Recruitment Officers to join our growing marketing and admissions team. In this role, you will be the face of the college for educational agencies and prospective students, driving enrollment growth within specific international markets.
We have two distinct positions open, each requiring specific language fluencies:
- Student Recruitment Officer – Japanese Market (Must be fluent in Japanese)
- Student Recruitment Officer – Korean Market (Must be fluent in Korean)
Key Responsibilities
- Actively recruit international students through educational agents, direct marketing, and networking events.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with offshore and onshore education agencies.
- Provide accurate and enthusiastic consultations to prospective students regarding our courses, campus life, and visa requirements.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, social media outreach, and student orientations.
- Represent the college at educational fairs and industry events.
What We Are Looking For
- Language Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in either Japanese or Korean (written and spoken), plus high proficiency in English.
- Experience: Previous experience in international student recruitment, sales, or the ELICOS/VET sector is highly desirable (but motivated candidates with a strong sales background are welcome to apply).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Work Rights: Valid working rights in Australia.
