Dear Experienced Hospitality Pros
We are looking for an experienced professional to work with us and oversee our operation at Wards Central Dining. This is the 'big boss' job - everyone reports to you and you're in charge.
It's a hands-on position where you operate the business alongside your Assistant Mangers, while also working directly with the owners to build, develop and improve the organization. You're the face of the place with a big brain to match.
You will need to have a dynamic set of skills and a willingness to get stuck in - with a smile on your face, naturally! We value positivity, open-mindedness and a love for sharing food and drink.
It's 5 days, full time, with salary from 90k depending on your experience and what you can bring to the team. We want you to be on the floor, mingling with the customers and actively leading the team. Coffee, kitchen, floor and office experience are all looked on favorably.
