As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide specialised medication management in the dispensary and clinical services to hospital wards.

provide best practice pharmacy services and exceptional patient-centred care as part by ensuring medication safety and optimising medication management

Work closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on medication usage

Cultivate a collaborative and positive teamwork culture that empowers everyone to excel

Work closely with your colleagues to improve clinical services to the hospital with purpose and compassion
You will have:

Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA

High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software

You love working in a collaborative team and thrive in a friendly working environment.

Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential.
