About the Role
Smash Haus Burgers is looking for an energetic and reliable Junior Crew Member to join our team.
This is a hands-on role suitable for someone who is keen to learn, work in a fast-paced environment and provide great customer service. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly customer service
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system
- Assist with dine-in and takeaway orders
- Manage and pack Uber Eats, DoorDash and other delivery orders
- Prepare simple food items including fries, sides, drinks and milkshakes
- Assist senior kitc
- Pack burgers and meals accurately and neatly
- Keep front counter, dining and kitchen areas clean and organised
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Complete general cleaning throughout the shift
