About the Role
As the Part-Time Store Business Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the Myer Perth City concession, leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and achieving commercial results.
Working approximately 30 hours per week, you'll inspire your team, coach for success and ensure the store consistently delivers on M.J. Bale's premium standards.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team.
Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through premium styling and personalised service.
Recruit, train and develop team members.
Manage daily store operations, stock and visual merchandising.
Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Analyse store performance and implement strategies to maximise results.
Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained.
