PBM Construction Pty Ltd is a civil construction company delivering infrastructure works across Sydney and interstate. The company is seeking to employ a full-time Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil construction works.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, directing and coordinating civil construction activities
- Managing the delivery of projects from commencement through to completion
- Coordinating and supervising across multiple work fronts and project sites
- Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities to ensure works are delivered as required
- Managing site-based activities including sequencing, access, and logistics
- Reviewing scopes of work, drawings, and technical documentation
- Monitoring progress, productivity, and costs across allocated works
- Managing procurement and engagement of subcontractors and suppliers
- Overseeing compliance with WHS, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Managing quality assurance and completion of works packages
- Contributing to pricing of works, including methodology and resourcing
- Maintaining client relationships to support repeat work and ongoing project opportunities
Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
