IT Support Specialist | Navitas

Navitas is seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to staff and students while ensuring the reliable operation of IT systems, learning technologies, and digital services across our campuses and corporate offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and IT systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network connectivity
- Assist with learning management systems, classroom technology, and video conferencing tools
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions
- Apply software updates, security patches, and endpoint protection
- Maintain accurate service desk records and technical documentation
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity teams on IT projects
Skills & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in IT help desk, desktop support, or technical support roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting higher education or corporate environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), and endpoint management
- Familiarity with ITIL service management practices
- Experience with learning management systems such as Moodle or Canvas
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or ITIL Foundation
