About the Role
As a Plumbing Tradesperson with Techworks, you’ll be part of a high-performing team within our Commercial Projects or Commercial Maintenance departments.
- Deliver new plumbing, drainage, and gas installations across construction and fit-out projects.
- Provide routine and reactive maintenance to State Government agencies and leading commercial clients.
- Work directly with clients to build strong relationships and support ongoing contract growth.
- Collaborate with managers, supervisors, apprentices, and fellow trades to achieve project goals.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and problem-solving on every job.
- Support and mentor apprentices to help develop future tradespeople.
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ plumbing and gas installation experience in commercial environments.
- Valid WA Plumbers Trade Licence, Gas Licence, and C-Class Driver’s Licence.
- Confident in reading hydraulic drawings and specifications and working unsupervised.
- Strong understanding of AS/NZ 3500 Standards and ability to manage apprentices effectively.
- Professional communication skills with proven ability to liaise with builders, clients, and consultants.
- Takes pride in workmanship, personal presentation, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude – a genuine team player.
