Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present meals to menu specifications.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Work effectively as part of a team during busy service periods.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial kitchen.
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification).
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
