Job Opportunity: FOH Team Leader - O BAGEL Oasis
O BAGEL is a fast-growing, high-volume bagel shop dedicated to quality food and exceptional service. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House (FOH) Team Leader to join our Oasis location.
The Role: As a Team Leader, you will be the face of our shop and the engine of our daily operations. You will ensure every customer leaves with a smile while maintaining a high standard of efficiency behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Excellence: Providing premium service and managing customer inquiries.
- Barista Duties: Good-quality coffee preparation (experienced baristas highly valued).
- Operations: Managing stock levels, placing orders, and handling opening/closing procedures.
- Leadership: Managing and motivating the FOH team during busy shifts.
Requirements:
- Essential: Solid experience in the hospitality industry.
- Advantageous: Strong barista skills and previous supervisory experience.
- Attributes: A bright, positive attitude and a proactive "service mind."
- Reliability: Punctuality and strong organizational skills.
