The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join the Hellenika team.
You’ll be at the heart of our morning service, delivering consistently exceptional coffee while creating the warm, polished and genuine guest experience Hellenika is known for.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced barista who thrives in a busy, premium hospitality environment and takes real pride in their craft.
Your Role
Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee
Confidently manage a busy coffee service
Deliver excellent presentation and consistency with every cup
Provide warm, professional and attentive guest service
Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee station
Work efficiently during high-volume periods
Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
Work closely with the wider front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Previous barista experience in a busy restaurant, café or premium hospitality environment
Strong coffee knowledge and excellent technical skills
Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
A passion for quality, consistency and exceptional service
A polished and professional approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude
Availability to work mornings and weekends
