What you’ll lead as a Business Development Executive
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening Odyssey’s presence in New South Wales through the acquisition, development and retention of customer relationships. The role identifies and converts new business opportunities, promotes Odyssey’s products and services to prospective and existing customers, and contributes market insights that support sustainable commercial growth
You can expect to be leading activities under the following areas:
Develop, maintain and grow strong customer relationships across the hospitality sector, including clubs, pubs, hotels and restaurants, to maximise customer satisfaction, retention and long-term business value.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead follow-up, solution development, preparation of quotations and proposals, negotiation and contract renewal activities.
What you’ll bring to the role
You will bring strong commercial business development experience, trusted industry relationships and the ability to use data, customer insight and sound judgement to deliver results in a competitive environment.
